Four digit numbers which are even and formed with the digits $0,3,5,4$ without recepetion are 3054, 3504, 5034, 5304, 3450, 3540, $4350,4530,5340,5430$ $\therefore$ Required sum $$ \begin{aligned} & =3054+3504+5034+5304+3450 \\ & \quad+3540+4350+4530+5340+5430=43536 \end{aligned} $$

Hence, the correct answer is option: 'B'.
