Solution

Equivalent circuit can be redrawn as given below,
As $3 C$ and $2 C$ are in parallel combination, therefore combined capacitance will be $= 3 C + 2 C = 5 C$ .
Now, this $5 C$ and $C$ will be in series combination and hence,
$C_{A B} = \frac{5 C \times C}{5 C + C} = \frac{5 C}{6}$

Hence, the correct answer is option: 'A'.
