Given here, 

Ac+Am=120    ...1

Ac-Am=80    ...2

From equation 1 and 2, we have

2Ac=200⇒Ac=100 V and Am=20 V

Modulation index μ=20100=15

Amplitude of each side band

=Acμ2

=100×110=10 volt

Hence, the correct answer is option: 'B'.
