$R = \frac{m v}{q B} \Rightarrow \frac{R_{1}}{R_{2}} = \frac{\frac{m v_{1}}{q_{1} B}}{\frac{m v_{2}}{q_{2} B}} = \frac{v_{1}}{q_{1}} \times \frac{q_{2}}{v_{2}} = \frac{q_{2}}{q_{1}} \times \frac{v_{1}}{v_{2}}$

$= \frac{2}{1} \times (\frac{2}{3}) = \frac{4}{3}$

Hence, the correct answer is option: 'B'.
