$H = I^{2} R t$

$∴ \frac{H_{1}}{H_{2}} = {(\frac{l_{1}}{I_{2}})}^{2} \times (\frac{R_{1}}{R_{2}})$

or $\frac{10}{H_{2}} = [\frac{1}{(\frac{1}{2})}] \times \frac{5}{4}$

$H_{2} = 2 cal$

Hence, the correct answer is option: 'B'.
