If 2x+7x2+4x2+9x2+16=Ax+1x2+4+Bx+mx2+9+Cx+nx2+16, then 1 A+1 B+1C=

  • A
    0
  • B
    27
  • C
    1052
  • Correct answer
    D
    1092

Solution

Given that

2x+7(x2+4)(x2+9)(x2+16)=Ax+1x2+4+Bx+mx2+9+Cx+nx2+16

2x+7(x2+4)x2+9(x2+16) = (Ax+1)(x2+9)(x2+16)+(Bx+m)(x2+4)(x2+16)                                                   +(Cx+n)(x2+4)(x2+9)(x2+4)x2+9(x2+16)

Now

2x+7=(Ax+1)(x2+9)(x2+16)+(Bx+m)(x2+4)               (x2+16)+(Cx+n)(x2+4)(x2+9)

Now put x2=-4

2x+7=(Ax+1)(-4+9)(-4+16)+B(0)+C(0)

2x+7=(Ax+1)60

Comparing both sides x coefficient

60A=2⇒A=130

Now Put x2=-9

2x+7=A(0)+(Bx+m)(-5)(7)+C(0)

2x+7=(Bx+m)(-35)

Comparing both sides x coefficient

2=-35B

⇒B=-235

Now put x2=-16

2x+7=A(0)+B(0)+(Cx+n)(-12)(-7)

2x+7=(Cx+n)(84)

⇒C=284

Now 1A+1B+1C=30-352+842

=1092

Hence, the correct answer is option: 'D'.
