The binding nature of nanomaterials refers to their chemical bonds and functional groups. Electron microscopy techniques like SEM and TEM reveal morphological and structural features but not chemical bonding. XRD determines crystal structure and phase composition. Only FTIR spectroscopy directly identifies functional groups through characteristic infrared absorption frequencies.
